As the founder of UPLIFT Educational Solutions, LLC, I created this organization because I saw real challenges that districts and families face every day—classrooms without reliable substitutes, students needing extra support, and parents searching for safe, caring weekend options.
UPLIFT exists to help.
We provide certified substitute teachers, personalized tutoring, academic interventions, professional development, enrichment programs, and 4-hour weekend care that families can truly depend on. Our mission is simple: to step in where help is needed, support students, lighten the strain on schools, and give parents peace of mind.
While UPLIFT Public Charter Schools reflects our bigger vision for education, UPLIFT Educational Solutions is here right now—meeting needs, filling gaps, and making learning accessible, safe, and meaningful for every child we serve.

UPLIFT Educational Solutions LLC exists to strengthen and expand the mission of UPLIFT Public Charter Schools, Inc. by delivering high-quality academic support, professional development, and community-centered services that promote educational success for every learner. Rooted in the belief that all students—regardless of background, zip code, or circumstance—deserve an exceptional education, our organization partners with schools, families, and community institutions to close gaps, accelerate learning, and elevate opportunities for students across Texas.
