UPLIFT Parent University is a free parent support program designed to equip families with practical tools, guidance, and confidence to better support their children at every stage. Through on-site and virtual sessions held twice a month, parents gain access to meaningful conversations, helpful strategies, and real-life support on topics such as child development, behavior, communication, academics, and navigating the teen years. At UPLIFT, we believe empowered parents help build stronger children, stronger families, and stronger communities.
